- Biography
Qurrat-ul-Ain Rasheed is a PhD candidate in Education Policy Studies (Leadership) at Georgia State University. She is a Graduate Research Assistant in the Public Finance Research Cluster, supporting the Kenny A. v. Deal Child Welfare Consent Decree Monitoring Project, training programs and conferences at the Center for State and Local Finance and the International Center for Public Policy. Ain also teaches project management at Binghamton University as an adjunct instructor.
Ain’s research focuses on educational leadership and policy effectiveness, exploring leadership traits, AI interaction in decision-making, online learning, and school climate. She is actively working on publications and presents at leading academic forums. Ain has been appointed to the AERJ Student Editorial Board (2025–27) and the UCEA Graduate Student Summit (2024–26) and served as a Community Engagement Specialist for the Young African Leaders Program (2024).
Previously, she was a civil servant in Pakistan, serving as Chief of the Agency for Barani Areas Development, overseeing development projects in Punjab’s arid regions. With expertise in education policy, project management, and leadership, Ain contributes to advancing governance and leadership in education sector.
