The Public Finance Research Cluster (PFRC) requires complex administrative organization across three research centers, amazing financial management and administrative support staff, and professional research associates who are experts in a diverse array of public policy areas.
PFRC's domestic research programs, housed in the Fiscal Research Center and the Center for State and Local Finance, are headed by Peter Bluestone. International programs are overseen by Charles Hankla in the International Center for Public Policy. Paul Benson leads the PFRC as its Senior Director.
